GENERAL RULES

No cancellation is allowed after you submit your order.
With the submission of your order, you agree to provide us with your purchase information. This includes the following: email address, full name, shipping address, contact number and Facebook account link, you also agree to promptly update your account and other information so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as we needed. NOTE: We will confirm and update your orders through our Facebook Messenger account.

All Albums and Official Goods are imported directly from Korea & Japan and occasionally it depends on the country from where the album was originally released.
Prices posted on each item here in our websites exclusive of shipping fee.
All albums are brand new and sealed unless stated “unsealed”
Official Posters are always of limited quantity and can be out of stock without prior notice.
Freebies are given to all buyers whenever available.

If you ordered a “pre-order item”, it means that you are required to send your 70% payment first, for us to process your order and forward your orders to our suppliers in Korea/Japan. It also means that you have to wait for weeks before receiving your item.

If you ordered an “onhand item”, it means that the item you ordered is already at our hands and is ready to be shipped or claimed.
We require FULL PAYMENT of your order including shipping fee if it is for shipping.
NO COMBINED SHIPPING with Pre-ordered items to avoid delay of payment and to avoid selling it to others.
Payment must be done within 24 hours after we confirm your order. Delivery of the item will be after 2-10 working days upon noting your payment.

Prices of our products are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or change the item price. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification or price change of the product.
Prices for Concert Goods / Other limited official goods – As stated above, posted price might change without prior notice. We do not rely on a single supplier especially for limited items and concert goods. Our goal as a seller is to secure the item that you ordered with its complete inclusion (first press). That is why price may vary depending on the commission per supplier and sometimes, depending on the total order quantity we received. As long as we think that the price is reasonable, we will proceed in securing the item first and then inform you about the price change. The process stated is sequential and cannot be interchanged unless the price increase exceeded our estimation. Please take note that multiple concerts or events happen simultaneously in a day thus we cannot wait for your reply because we might lose the chance of securing the merchandises.

We accept payments via money remittance (LBC, Palawan Express, Cebuana, and Western Union).

You have to settle all your remaining balances a week before the estimated date of arrival of your orders.
100 Pesos is charged as penalty for late payers.
You will only have 1 month to settle all your balances + penalty once your orders arrived to our place. Failure to comply means you allow us to cancel your order and forfeit your payment. No refunds will be made, regardless of the amount you paid.
Orders with balances will be in least priority. Only orders with full payment will be shipped first.
We will NEVER ship orders with partial payments regardless of the amount of the remaining balance

Products posted on our site are imported from different countries and comes from multiple suppliers. Thus, the arrival of the items you ordered might not be simultaneous. Although we follow our batch schedule, we cannot deny that release date of the item varies, due to that, ETA might be extended. Not to mention other unexpected factors (supplier schedule, holidays (in Korea and in PH), calamity, courier delays, etc.)

If your item is already on-hand we shipped it immediately once payment is settled.
Expect your parcel 2-5 days.

Meetups are always located at Robinsons Malolos, Robinsons Balagtas, McDonalds BulSU, and South Supermarket (Malolos).
We charge 50 Pesos for handling fee.
Individual or special meet up requests will not be entertained.
We extremely disallow payments for pre-ordered items thru meet up. Only for onhand items that are to be claimed and paid upon meet up are allowed.
Time and day for meet-ups depends on the admin’s availability.

Factory defects for sealed items such as missing photocard , other missing inclusions, CD does not play, missing song, folded pages, discoloured printing or anything that falls in this category is not under Suweeeg’s control. Thus, we can’t refund or exchange your item for this reason.
We will not be liable for any loss, delay, non-delivery or damage incurred on shipping due to following factors:
- wrong/incomplete address
- inactive contact number
- unavailable consignee
- unclaimed for pick up
- acts of God
- natural calamity
- bad weather condition
